Top 3 Ways to Get Your Mind Focused
Have you ever felt like your mind is going in 500 different directions and you get nothing done due to OVERWHELM? 😬 No? Me neither.🤣🤣

Okay but for real, let’s figure out some ways together, that we can eliminate the distractions and truly boost our brains and sense of focus.
Now more than ever, it can be so difficult to stay on task. We are distracted by our phones, our kids, our partners, our jobs, the neighbor’s dog… you name it. I know that I do not live my best life while distracted so here are my favorite tips to staying on task:
Go for a walk - get out in nature if you can, but a walk around the office or on a treadmill will do! Exercise helps increase blood flow in the brain so if you find yourself stalling with your studying or your big project at work, take a moment and go for a walk.
Reach for your trusty dōTERRA essential oils - I have a few that I like to turn to in times of overwhelm. Peppermint and Wild Orange can be great to pop in the diffuser for a quick pick me up. Or give this a try:
👉In a 10ml roller add in 8 drops Frankincense, 6 drops Roman Chamomile and 4 drops Wild Orange. 💕Top with fractionated coconut oil, shake and roll over your belly and in your palms and inhale deeply.
Meditate/Say Affirmations - Meditating for just 5-10 minutes can reduce stress and improve our focus. If you are new to meditation, you can always download an app or search for a how to video on YouTube. Affirmations are a great way to stop a take a moment and change the vibe. Give these a whirl:
